Seven ways to live healthy

Health problems can arise at any time, especially if we are unaware of the symptoms and causes. No we know the lifestyle and unhealthy eating patterns is the main causative factor.

1. Clean air, healthy lungs-were

4. Balance between work, exercise and rest
